About Me

I am an experienced Psychotherapist and Counsellor. I've worked with clients in various settings and in my private practice, such as a carers centre and at a low-cost therapy service, meaning I've worked with and welcome clients from diverse backgrounds.

I work with a wide range of issues including, but not exclusively; anxiety, depression, loss, bereavement, trauma, work related stress, burn out, relationship issues, sexuality, feelings of overwhelm, intrusive thoughts, anger, identity issues and abuse.

My background is in education. I specialized in supporting teenagers and their families who were experiencing difficulties in mainstream schools. This experience led me to counselling and psychotherapy, as I wanted to support more fully individuals with specific needs.
